Join us for a women’s self-defense class led by Mission MMA & Fitness, designed to equip women with practical skills and greater confidence in responding to potentially dangerous situations. Participants will learn basic self-defense techniques, situational awareness, and strategies for protecting themselves in a safe and supportive environment.
